These special rates apply
when booking direct on-line prior to 31 March 2010 and are
valid for bookings through to 30 September 2010.
Our rates include:
• a complimentary Claremont supper
platter with bottle of local Waipara house wine on night
of arrival.
• access to our private 2,400 acre estate and nature
reserve for walking, river swimming or mountain biking.
• use of lodge facilities including spa pool, Therapeutic
Sauna, all-weather tennis court, badminton, croquet and
free high speed internet access or Wi-fi.
• afternoon tea on arrival (prior to 5.00pm) a fresh
fruit basket and in-room tea/coffee facilities.
• GST – Government Goods & Services Tax.
Land Rover Safari Tour
of the Estate and Nature Reserve
Complimentary for those who stay three nights or more, we
offer an exhilarating and informative morning’s self-drive
Land Rover tour of discovery through the stunning Estate
and private nature reserve. This is available as an optional
excursion during the high season but is subject to suitable
weather conditions and is available at extra cost for those
who stay less than three nights.
High & Low Seasons
High season is 1st
October to 30th April.
Low season is from 1st May to 30th September.

The Owners Retreat Villa and our Claremont Family cottage
are both available throughout the year. The three Lodge
Suites and our Garden Villa are only available during
the high season. |
| Dining Options
The Claremont supper platter with Waipara
wine is included on your night of arrival. For subsequent
nights there is a choice of dining options. Claremont
3-course table d’hote menu
at the nearby Nor’wester restaurant is $85pp or
our in-house Claremont supper platter or barbeque pack
is $45pp. |
| Self-Catering
Rates. Available by arrangement for
stays of 5 nights or more only for those staying in
the Garden Villa, Owners Retreat or the Family Cottage.
Deduct $100 from the daily rate. The self-catering rate
includes breakfast for the first morning only and does
not include daily servicing by our housekeeper. Please

| Self-drive
Land Rover Excursion. Rate is based
upon one vehicle per couple, per room or per family
(for those in the Claremont family cottage). Maximum
is 6 people per vehicle. Drivers must be over 30 years
old. Conditions apply. |

with a refundable booking deposit of a nominal NZ$250.

for corporate meetings, business retreats, mini-conferences

are subject to a 25% refundable deposit on booking and
a further 25% 60 days out |
Classic
Car Hire. We are able to offer full
day or half day car hire in a Classic MG TF, MGA, E-Type
Jaguar, Bentley Turbo R or a Porsche 911.
